Um, I see that you're like an entrepreneur, so I was like right from the jump, I was like, I want to talk to Brendan. He's got stuff going on. I mean, I don't really know what I know you had like a coffee shop and now you're doing insulation. So what what's what's the new venture?

Uh yeah, there's uh so I had uh coba bars are pretty big down in Florida. It's like a botanical tea bar slash coffee shop. I had one on Indian Shores Beach, and we were gonna move to St. Pete Beach, and I had a small insulation company at the time, and um, I actually ended up in coma in the beginning of 2020. And when I woke up from coma, COVID started like right after, and I didn't reopen my coffee shop. Um, I lost the insulation company at the time. My new company just started back up about two and a half, three years ago. Uh took a little bit to recover. I had to uh learn how to read again and I couldn't see for the first like month and a half when I woke up.

Yeah, because I I know you just started to update me. Um you said your company you just relaunched and you had to shut it down and now you relaunched it.

Yeah, we just relaunched um right before the hurricanes actually came, is when we started back up. And uh, yeah, I'm blessed. You know, there's uh I know the world's crazy right now, but we're blessed. We're pretty busy. We're keeping some other guys busy. And I actually have another business that I'm working on. It's a frequency bed, a sound healing bed that I built a couple years ago. And it's pretty, it's pretty interesting. We got uh my girl, we've been together three and a half years. She helped me. I had a bunch of, I don't know if you remember, I used to uh rap when we were younger. Well, I started writing children's books for my kids during COVID that all rhymed, but they were just a bunch of books in a notebook. There was no actual book yet. And when I met my girl, she got five of our books published and illustrated on Amazon. So a couple different things out there right now.

Were they based off of like childhood, or was it just complete creativity? You just was there a message behind them?

Yeah, each of them has like a little different moral story in it. Um the first one I wrote, uh, my son, he was three at the time. He was obsessed with the moon as a baby. Like he would talk about the moon all the time. So the entire book was our conversations about the moon, just put in a rhyme form. And then uh the second book that I wrote, my my daughter, her and my husky, I had a husky that I got when I moved to Florida when I was 23. And when I had her when I was 26, that was like her best friend. Um, I wrote a book, but it's from his point of view, from the day she got home from the hospital till the day he passed away, it's him telling the story of their friendship. And it's to kind of teach kids about loss. You know, dogs don't stay in your family forever, and neither do relatives. So each each book has like a moral story, and then there's a guided meditation in the back, too. Uh, my my fiance is a meditation teacher for children as a side thing. Can you hear me better this time?

Yeah, man. So last time it's been a while, dude. Thank you for coming on. Um before we got shut off, you were talking about your new business and what's going on um for the past couple years.

Yeah, it's uh it's been a kind of crazy couple years. I actually I don't know if you know what happened to me uh when I got hurt in 2020. I don't know if you you knew or not.

I I saw that you were in a coma. I don't I know it was your roommate or something.

Yeah, me and my buddy had a four-bedroom house when I had the bar because um I went through a split up at the time with my son's mom, and uh I had the bar going, and I was just newly back in Florida a year. So money for the bar, uh my own place, and then my insulation company was tight. So me and my buddy got a four-bedroom house, and uh about six months into it, another guy that we knew was in a tough spot. His roommate moved back up to New York, so we told him he could uh you know rent a room for a couple months, and it was gonna help us on the bills too. So we uh knew the guy for like five years, and um, I didn't know that he had been dabbling with some drugs, you know, obviously. And uh he he I brought him into my world into my business. He was working for me, and we were actually getting ready to go in on another business together. We had a meeting with an investor the night that I got attacked, and uh yeah, he went home and uh hid in my house and waited for me to get back to the house. And uh I went in the fridge to get a water, and this dude was hiding in the bathroom with a metal baseball bat. And uh when I turned around, he was there and he ended up caving in my skull, he collapsed, spied my ribs, uh broke my or uh ruptured my lungs, ruptured my liver, my collarbone, my eye socket, he broke my right arm. And then uh yeah, the crazy part was when I woke up from a coma, I didn't even remember what happened. I thought I got in a car accident. And like two weeks, the doctors told my family, like, you can't tell him, you gotta like let him just remember. And I was asking for this guy. My brain made up a story that I flipped my truck, and me, him, and my son were in it. So I was asking the doctor, I was like, man, I want to see my kid. And I had a halo on because I just had brain surgery and tubes everywhere, so they weren't letting the kids come see me. And uh I was like, mom, why hasn't Steve come to see me? Is he all right? Is he hurt? And then, like, two weeks later, my mom showed me a video that my sister put on Facebook, and at the very end of the video, uh, my sister's like, We can't believe Steve did this to Brendan. And all of a sudden, it was like a movie reel played back, and I remembered everything. It was the biggest thought I've ever had in my life. And I looked at my mom and I was like, Mom, Steve did this to me. And she started bawling her eyes out, and I couldn't even cry. It was such a big thought, it like didn't fit in my head. And um, yeah, it was like uh I tell everybody I had to lose everything to find myself because I had, you know, I had businesses, I was a single dad at the time, and I thought I had the world, you know, right by the right where I wanted it to be. And uh I had to lose all that though. And like, because once I got home from the hospital, COVID was going on, and I didn't have the businesses. I couldn't, I couldn't drive, I had to go to cognitive therapy. I went to go pick up a piece of paper and write. I could barely see the paper. It was like being a baby all over again. And um, I just remember having this thought. I'm like, man, Brendan, how the hell are you gonna bounce back from this? Like, there's no way. And the PTSD was crazy. Jade, come here. Stop, my dog. Give me the toy. Oh, give me the give me the squeaky toy.

Yeah, and I didn't know that he had been messing with pills or whatever he was messing with, and uh it didn't like when the investor agreed, he agreed to give us the money for the business, but we had no legal paperwork or anything. That was just the first meeting, you know what I mean? And this guy, whatever in his brain, like after you know, we all were celebrating and uh he just got like passive aggressive with the investor, and I pulled him aside. I'm like, dude, what is wrong with you? He's like, Oh, this guy's trying to fuck us. I was like, listen, if he told us beat it right now, we didn't give him anything. We just told him what we're gonna do. Like, literally, there's no way he could screw us right now. And he uh, yeah, he just whatever reason, he's like, Yeah, you're right, man. I'm just having a bad day. You're my brother, I love you. And I was like, Well, go home before you mess this up. So he left and I uh stayed to kind of smooth things over. And then here, hold on one sec. Jake, go outside. Go outside. It's my puppy. She's wild. She's I stayed to smooth things over, and uh, I was on my way home at like two in the morning in an Uber, and uh, my friend Jamie, who's a nurse, she called me. She's like, Brendan, what are you doing? I was like, Oh, I'm going home right now. I was like, we had a great business meeting. She's like, Don't go home. Steve is texting me crazy stuff. Like, he had a murderous rage he wants to fill. And I was like, Jamie, he's not mad at me. I just got him set up for life. Like, I'm giving the guy 25% ownership of a business just for like sweat equity. Like, hey, you gotta run it. You know, I'm about to be opening a new coffee shop.

So you were you kind of summarized that you guys had a business meeting and it it didn't go well, and you he thought you you guys were getting money, and then the the business partner was texting you saying that he was a murderist something.

No, no, so my this girl Jamie, uh at the time uh I was single and uh me and her were talking, but uh we weren't like taking serious, but she knew this guy from coming over my house. She was she texted me and asked me, she's like, Hey, what are you doing? I was like, Oh, I'm on my way home in an Uber. She's like, Brendan, don't go home. Steve is sending me crazy messages saying he has a murderous rage he wants to fill. And I was like, Did he say anything about me? And she's like, No. I was like, Jamie, he's not mad at me. I just got this guy set up with a business deal. Like, there's no way he's mad at me. And I was like, listen, don't worry about it. Jared's home, the dogs are home. I was like, I'll give you a call when I get to my house. So she's like, okay, well, she's like, Don't forget to call. So I pulled into the driveway in the Uber, and I went in through the side door. And our old house, you went in under the carport, you came into like a kitchen that had a bathroom/slash laundry room off of it, a dining room, his bedroom, and then it went to a living room, my room, the kids' rooms, and my buddy Jared's room, and another bathroom in the front. And he this guy had taken all the light bulbs out in the fucking dining room and kitchen, and he put these blue lights in that he used for DJing. And I'd had a couple drinks, his door was closed, the music was on. I was like, I'm not gonna mess with this guy tonight. Like, I had a great night. I don't want to hear anything negative, and I didn't know it at the time, but he had locked my dogs in his bedroom so that they wouldn't attack him, and I went in the fridge to get a water, and all of a sudden the door to the bathroom that was next to the fridge flew open, and I looked over my shoulder. He didn't say one word. This guy just had the craziest look on his face, and I was like filled with dread. I knew something really bad was gonna happen, but I didn't know what. And then boom, he hit me in the side of the head with the bat. Um, he hit me so hard I screamed and my legs gave way and my legs weren't working. I was trying to climb up the fridge door. He ran out in the kitchen, I think, to see if my buddy Jared had woken up. And uh when Jared didn't wake up, he ran back in the kitchen and he like stood over me for a minute. I was trying to climb up the fridge door. He held the bat straight up and down. He went down, he broke my eye socket, I fell off the fridge door, and I was trying to crawl away, and he put his foot on my back and said goodnight. Bulk teed off on the side of my head again, and I blacked out. And um, like 15 minutes later, the police think uh Jared kept hearing, like, boom, shut the fuck up, boom, shut the fuck up. And he ran in the kitchen with his gun, and uh this dude had me like propped up on my knees, and uh Jared pointed a gun at him and told him to get away from me, and he like just leaned against the wall, like laughing hysterically. Like this guy, he looked demonic. Like when I looked over my shoulder at him, his eyes looked like they were pitch black. And uh Jared grabbed me and dragged me in the laundry room and pointed his gun at him. He's like, You better call 911, Brendan's dying. And this guy called 911 and was like, Hey, I just beat my friend in the head with a metal baseball bat. You might want to get here. And when the police got there, he was just like laughing like a crazy person, saying he's killed before he would do it again. And the crazy thing is, I'd never seen this guy like this, like ever. Ever. You know, and uh Jared too. And then uh Jared, you know, he's with my guardian angel, he um put, you know, CSI came because they didn't know if it was gonna be a murder case yet. Uh they wouldn't tell him what hospital they were bringing me to because they had to get in touch with my family up in Massachusetts, and uh it because of the type of case it was, they weren't letting anybody know except next of kin. So this poor dude had to like clean up the whole house after the cops left, and then he didn't even know if one of his best friends was gonna live or not, you know. So it was uh it was pretty intense. When I got home from the hospital, the PTSD was insane. The only I I thought I understood PTSD before, but the only way I can uh it describe it is it's like having a monster inside of you that's like trying to rip out like the anger, the and uh yeah man, I mean I really it really woke me up spiritually. Like I really, really got close to God during that time. You know, you know, we went we met at Gatic School, and uh I've always believed in uh a higher power. And but you you know, you believe it and you know it, you know, you read the stories, but then to actually have to implement it in my life, like that's really the only way that I got through all of that was um was with God, you know, and and uh finding finding my relationship with God, not just through the church, but my individual relationship. And uh yeah, a lot of beautiful things have come out of this. You know, I've got six books total published now, five children's books with guided meditations. Uh, me and my girl wrote a biohacking book. It took us two years. Um, I have a device that I built. It's gonna sound crazy, but uh about nine months after I got home from the hospital, I started having these dreams, and I had a dream about this device, and uh I drew a couple sets of blueprints and I built it. And it's a sound healing device that I've been helping people with. So, yeah, a lot I tell people so I had to lose everything to find myself. And uh the best advice that I got, you know, all my friends from Massachusetts were calling me. You know how guys from where we grew up, man, like, I would have killed that motherfucker, like going, and they were saying it out of love, but it was keeping my anger going. And uh one of my buddies from South America was up visiting, and he's like, Oh, how you doing, Brendan? And I was like, Oh, I'm pissed. He's like, about what? I was like, what do you mean about what? About what happened? He goes, Oh, I didn't know it was still happening. And I was like, I paused for a minute and he's like, Listen, you're a great friend, you're a great dad. If you live like it's happening, it's gonna happen forever. And then he asked me, he's like, You believe if you die, you go somewhere else, right? And I was like, Well, yeah. He goes, So this is just like a car, then you know, that's not really Brendan, that's just like Brendan's car that you're in. He's like, So your car got fucked up. He's like, but only you can decide if Brendan got hurt. Because that part of you, your soul, when you leave here, like that's you control that. So did that that Brendan get hurt, or did just your car get fucked up? And it was like a life, and I was like, no, you're right. I was like, I'm not gonna let that Brendan get hurt. And I slowly started building my trust back, and now uh, you know, fast forward six years later, you know, I'm engaged, uh, I've got a couple businesses rolling, I'm fully healed up. I mean, I lost my sense of smell and my peripheral vision, but all in all, pretty good considering I got hit in the head with head with a bat twelve times.

You know, obviously we haven't talked in so long, so I don't know what you were like after high school, but I'm guessing you were kind of the same person. And then like pr prior to getting attacked, you probably didn't feel like evil. Like, did you did you then change, like think there's evil in the world after that happened to you?

I knew there was evil in the world. I guess my biggest lesson I've had to learn this life is not everybody uh deserves your time or your energy or your love. You know, I would always see the best in people. Like now looking back, there was probably red flags with this guy. Like he had stuff going on, but you know, I've been through some stuff in my life too, not always made the best choices, and I I wouldn't want people to judge that as me, you know, for things I've done in the past. And I kind of held that, and I think this was like uh this was like that less the the ultimate lesson for this, you know. Now looking back, there were signs. Um I it just made me realize I had to put my energy I'd not spread my energy in so many different directions. Yeah, but I was trying to help everybody when I could, and just a lot of the times it ended up being the wrong people.

But you get roommates and yeah, you might not get along with them, but no one deserves to have that happen to you. Like that's such a rare one in a million shot, you know.

Yeah, uh from uh a spiritual sense, uh yeah, I mean it it was like uh probably the craziest demonic experience I've ever had in my life, you know? I tell I tell people I fought the devil that night.

So you had a dream about this machine. Um, it makes me think of like ancient Egypt and the sa the pyramids and sound. T talk about the philosophy behind your machine and like how how does it help?

SPEAKER_02 20:18

So there's all different types of frequencies. So everything in the world has a frequency. From you, you have a frequency, I have a frequency. Even like I'm drinking out of a plastic water bottle right now with water in it, that has a frequency. And um, think of a battery, you have a plus and a minus. So, like a lot of diseases or viruses are negative frequencies, and if you found the right plus frequency for that negative, it would make it neutral, like zero it out. Um, so I've been experimenting with frequencies for the past couple years. I've found uh a detox frequency that can take anything that your body didn't produce naturally and bring it to your stomach, and you'll go to the bathroom over 48 hours and it'll flush anything that's not supposed to be in your body out of your body. Um, there's healing frequencies, like there's spiritual ones, like there's literally a frequency for everything. And uh that honestly, too, this that's really helped in my recovery too, was uh this device.

Yeah, and like probably helps that you have this new passion or not a hobby, but this like way to have an outlet if you were battling your demons after, you know, like you said, you had to find yourself, and that was cool that your friend said that because that moment helped transition you into where you're growing now, right?

Yeah, yeah, no, it definitely did. And it was the realest thing because you know, like I said, I we're from Massachusetts, you know how it is back home. Everybody says it out of love, but it was a lot of anger. My cousins were calling me, my friends, like, oh, I'm gonna kill that motherfucker, blah, blah, blah. And they were saying it to make me feel better, but it was keeping me. Angry, you know what I mean? Because then I'm like, yeah, fuck that guy. I want to kill that guy. And I forgave him. You know, I forgave him. Uh court took two years because of COVID, so that was crazy. Uh going and seeing him every month, either in Zoom or in person. And then uh yeah, I I uh I forgave him, not to his face, but for myself, and it was probably one of the biggest things I I've ever had to do in my life because I realized if I held on to that, it wasn't hurting him, it was only hurting me. I mean, he's sitting in the jail cell right now, you know, and I'm out here with my family, so the only person that would be losing out, like holding that anger, was me.

And did you already have kids at this moment?

Yeah, my son was one and a half, and uh my daughter was five and a half when I got attacked, and uh that was the crazy thing too. So unfortunately, my daughter heard her mom on the phone uh crying, so she knew what happened. So I had a five and a half year old trying to understand why this guy she called Uncle Steve tried killing her daddy.

I was trying to understand. Like I the like the first time I saw them when I got home from the hospital after seven weeks, you know, I had a crack in my head because the whole right side of my head is titanium now, and uh, I still had staples and she was like crying, kissing my head. She's like, Oh daddy, she's like, I'm gonna fix your boo-boo. And I it dude, it ripped me up. Like I used to have my PTSD attacks. I didn't want my kids to see me crying because they always looked at me as like a superhero. So I would go in the bathroom and turn the shower on and like have a meltdown. You know what I mean? Just I had to let it out. And uh yeah, it was uh I ended up having to tell her eventually that I got hurt at work because it was getting she was obsessing over it. Yeah. Like she just her brain, I you know, I didn't I didn't have an answer for it. She's like, why did he do that, Daddy? And I I wanted to know the same thing. I'm like, that's a good question, you know?

Yeah, what drives that's a whole different topic. What drives someone to do something like that?

So the police psychologist said, because when they got him, this guy was in the Marines, but he was a non-combat Marine. So he didn't see anything over there. When the police got there, he was drunk and he was saying he's killed before and he would do it again. So that's a pretty serious statement, you know. So the police got a hold of his uh his platoon sergeant or however the hell that works in the military. I'm not a military guy, so I don't know. And they wanted to see if he'd ever seen combat and he didn't. So they don't know if he was saying he's done this before, or or but the police psychologist said he was a sociopath, that he was never really my friend. He was in his 40s, you know, kind of doing here and there jobs, and he saw me. I was a young guy, I was hustling, I had businesses, and I was wide open. Like, if you're in my world and I'm going up, like you're going up too. Like, we're all doing this together, you know what I mean? And he saw that and he latched onto it. And for whatever reason, that night, when that investor didn't give us the money that night, that was like a trigger for him. And he he wanted to kill me. But here's the crazy thing the police don't think it was just me. They found him texting a bunch of people in his phone to come over. So they think whoever walked through the door that night was gonna was gonna get it.

Um something I'm interested in is pre-attack. Like what what did you what was going on prior to that? You had kids, you were you when did you move to Florida, stuff like that?

SPEAKER_02 25:49

So I moved to Florida um in 2010, 2011. I was 23. I was I was a savage in Worcester. I was running crazy up there. Um, bro. I know, I know, dude. It just, you know, you know how it is. And I was drinking too much. So I moved to Florida with a girl that I met down in Plymouth. Uh we lived together down there for a while, and she got into the University of Tampa, and she's like, Hey, I want you to move to Florida. So we did a year apart, and then I said, you know what, I'm gonna move down. So I saved up money for like six months to get us an apartment so she could move off campus. And I moved here when I was 23 and quit drinking.

Nice. Do you just do you just gave it up cold turkey?

It was it a problem you or you just wanted to I did AA meetings for a while just to meet people that weren't drinking, you know. And uh yeah, I ran with that, you know. Obviously, after I got hurt, uh I definitely slipped up a little. I uh did a little coping with drinking for about a month or two, but it didn't work, so I cut it out. But yeah, before that, then um when I was 26, I had my daughter and my old boss from Worcester. There's an insulation company up there called Energy Monster. Uh they asked me to open up a division for them down here. So me and uh my best friend Nick from out in Sturbridge, Nick Scully, we opened up Energy Monster in Florida, and I had never ran a business before. You know, I was 26, I was gonna be a new dad. I had run crews before of a couple guys, but never a whole company. And uh we uh, you know, we started it, and within a year and a half, we took it from me and him and and uh one other guy to 18 guys, and we went from like a thousand square foot shop to a five thousand square foot shop and went out on our own. Unfortunately, we were young and not very smart at the time, and we brought too many partners in and investors, and it didn't work. So I ended up right before Irma hit, I had gone out on my own with no investors, nothing, just you know, me and my guys, and my daughter actually at the time was going through a tough time. When she was one and a half, they found out she had a hole in her upper heart, and the blue blood was flowing into the red blood side, causing her heart to swell, and it was pushing on her lungs, causing fluid to form in her lungs. So they put her on this medicine that she wasn't allowed to run and play because like her heart could swell. So having a two-year-old that can't run and play is like impossible. So um, you know, I had to pay a lot of money to get her and she actually went to this place, Countryside Christian. It was a Christian daycare that was like small classes because I was going and looking at all these other daycares because I had to work, you know. Yeah. And uh they and they had like 20 kids in the room. I'm like, you're gonna promise me that you're gonna watch my kid not to run and play. And I found this place, and they did. And my daughter had her heart surgery, and then right after right after Irma, um, I was just burnt out, man. I had got burned by a couple contractors. I moved back to Massachusetts for a year. Um, I was working on the power lines for the union down in Connecticut, and then I I came back to Florida and uh we opened up the coffee shop and opened my little insulation company back up, and then uh yeah, that's led right into the story I told you in the beginning, the attacks.

So kava is from Fiji, and it's like a ceremonial drink. Uh, it tastes like dirt, it's very, very earthy. But it's a ceremonial drink, uh, it's very relaxing and mellow. Um, there's other drinks like blue lotus, uh rhodiola. It's just all different natural plants that have different effects. So it's really big down here in Florida. People are sick of drinking and going to the bar. So you can go out and get like the bar atmosphere without drunk people being stupid. That's right. You know, people are drinking like botanical teas. So, you know, they obviously have CBD ones at places or the THC drinks people can get if that's what they're looking for, but you don't get that same craziness that you do at an alcohol bar.

The one thing that really does affect the metal is the heat and the cold. Um, I came up to visit in the middle of the winter time and I had to wear like one of those Russian hats because it was like getting a brain freeze from the inside out. It was the weirdest feeling.

Like, you know, I told people the greatest gift though that I was given from this attack is I no longer have to believe. Like I know God is real, like 100%. Like there is no doubt in my mind, except my view is a little different now. Um, I don't believe that God is like punishing and cruel or or you know, you do this or you go to hell, you don't do this, you go to hell. Uh my view now is uh it's a lot more accepting, you know. I think that uh the only way I made it through when I made it through is with God. And I I believe that if I, you know, whatever reason, I'm here for a reason, you know, they told my family at first that I wasn't gonna wake up, and then they're like, all right, he is gonna wake up, but we don't know who's gonna wake up.

So after I was home a few months and I was seeing this lady, and uh she was like a holistic counselor because I refused. They were trying to put me on Percocet and Xanax, and uh I was like, Man, I'm not going down that road. You know, you know where we're from, how many people we've lost from addiction.

And I was like, I'm Yeah, you were already dealing with so much. Do you want to add that into it?

Yeah, and the doctor's like, well, he's like, you're you don't want to stress your brain out from pain, like you could end up like having a seizure from the pain, because I was having seizures like six times a day. They had me on nine different pills, no narcotics, but I was so fucked up, Richie. Like, I couldn't, like, I was on pills for sleep, pills that like to counteract this pill, pills to counteract that pill. And uh actually, my friend from South America, that one I told you about, that talked to me, he was like, Brendan, do you trust me? And I was like, Yeah, I I do trust you, man. He's like, I made you these capsules, and they were psilocybin, lion's mane, vitamin C, and spirulina. And the psilocybin was like half a pinky nail's worth. And for the people listening that don't know what psilocybin is, um, it's a psychoactive mushroom. It's one that people use to hallucinate or trip, but in small doses, it's therapeutic. Like they use it in Colorado and California for PTSD, depression, anxiety. And he's like, Listen, I want to make you some capsules, but I don't want you to take them while you're on all this other medicine. So I went to the ER one night and I checked myself in, and it was the same hospital I got hurt at. They're like, oh my God, you look amazing. I was like, listen, I'm not doing good. Like, I want to come off all this medicine. And they were like, whoa, whoa. I was like, no, listen, I need you guys to keep me here for like three days to monitor me to make sure I don't like glitch out or anything, but I need to come off of everything. So my brain surgeon came, obviously tried to talk me out of it, and uh I didn't listen. I came off of everything, and the next day, or when three days later, when I went home from the hospital, um, I started taking those capsules my friend had made me, and he told me, you know, for depression and anxiety, people take one a day, every other day, but for what I was using it for, to take two a day, every day for 30 days, and three days in, I was like, holy shit, I haven't had a seizure today. And I've been seizure-free now for a couple years, man. I have to do it every five months. The effects of it last for five months, but every five months I have to do it for 30 days, and it shut my seizures off. I got my license back, uh, my short-term memories back. My short-term memory was so bad at first. They were like, We don't want you to uh cook dinner. I was like, I can cook dinner at my own house. And because I lost my sense of smell, too, I can't smell if something's burning. Well, I went home that night, cooked a huge meal, and Jared got home and he's like, dude, what the hell is burning? I didn't even remember cooking dinner. Like, couldn't, not even like, once I even saw it, didn't even remember it. And I was like, holy shit. Um, I'm getting a little off. But yeah, so that ended up happening. And a month after that happened, I was off all the medicine. I started going to this holistic counselor, and um, she's like, Okay, we're gonna uh the next session, we're gonna try meditation. And I laughed. I was like, listen, don't even bother. I can't meditate. She's like, Well, why can't you meditate? And I was like, I I don't know how to shut my brain off. She's like, Well, why do you got to shut your brain off? I was like, Well, how am I gonna meditate if I can't shut my brain off? She's like, Brendan, I'm gonna count back and put this music on. It was like sounds of the ocean or something. And she's like, I just want you to focus and if you have a thought, think it through. Like if you're thinking about doing laundry later, think it. Think about the whole thought, everything you have to think about about doing laundry. And eventually the thoughts will get less and less. So I'm doing it and I'm listening to her. And then all of a sudden, I was sitting at this beach and there was this bright red sunset. It felt like it was a couple minutes, and all of a sudden, boom, I was back in the room with her, and I looked at her. I was like, Well, congratulations, you got me to meditate for a couple minutes. She's like, Brendan, that was 30 minutes. And I was like, What? And I looked at my phone and I started practicing what she taught me. And um, probably about six or seven weeks later, um, I was meditating, and all of a sudden, I saw this huge, I don't even know how to describe it. It kind of looked like when you see a picture of like an atom with like all these multicolor, like it looked like this big ball of energy, like so bright I could barely like look at it, with all these multicolor ribbons like coming in and out of it super fast. And I had this overwhelming feeling of love, and I started like bawling my eyes out. I felt amazing, like it was the best feeling I've ever had in my life. And uh, I heard this voice speak to me and uh told me that you know to be careful, like how I think of myself and how I think about others and how I speak about myself and how I speak about others because words hold power and so do thoughts, and that I can create my reality intentionally or unintentionally, and I can also affect other people's realities with that. And um, I like snapped out of it, and I had just like this overwhelming feeling of bliss for like 48 hours, and then that's when my spiritual experiences really started, and a couple months later the frequency bed came, and you know, now I'm a certified sound healer too, and you know, I've got the books that we wrote for children with guided meditations in the back, and each book you know has a moral story, and the meditation goes with that moral story, so it's been a it's been a crazy adventure. You know, like I said, I'm definitely still me, but I'm not the same in that sense. Like you said, I had a a very narrow scope on what God meant before, or like it's not just this man in the clouds, like not just God a scope on life, like you're on life, yeah.

Like she would set up her little nail salon in the living room, and all my buddies would come by and she'd paint everybody's nails. And uh I I started bawling my eyes out because I remembered I was a dad. I was like, oh shit. That's like my first first memory out of a coma.

He showed me pictures of us hanging out, like not even like an inkling of who he was. So it's weird. It's like my brain, like memories that were like important and held on to, but it kind of like filtered out ones that weren't, just because I I probably lost a pretty good chunk of brain cells that night.

He's doing better now. You know, he went through uh I think people they were so hyper focused because it was weird. COVID was going on, so people were stuck in their houses. And people were like hyper focused on what was going on with me. I think they forgot. Like, this is the guy that had to like come in and like save, like literally save me. And um, you know, so he kinda was suffering in silence for a little while, but he found uh he found his way.

And uh, I was walking across my living room and he said something to me, and my buddy I replied, and my buddy like looked at me and he's like, What the fuck was that? And I was like, What? He goes, You guys didn't just speak English, and I go, What? And I go, Christian, what did you say to me? And he said something again, and I responded, but I it wasn't English, and I didn't know what the fuck I was saying. And I'm like, What the hell? So for a couple months, like me and him would talk, but I was like, buddy, you can't like talk like this with anybody else because I don't even know what the hell we're saying. And I met this girl at like a meditation retreat, and she came, tried the frequency bed, and she was talking to me. She's like, you know, a long time ago, before everything was divided up into countries and languages, we all spoke the same language. It was light. Language. It's like your soul's language. She's like, Have you ever heard of it? And I was like, No, I've never heard of it. I don't know what it is. And she's like, Well, I want to do something with you to see if we can like activate your light language. So she did this little ceremony, and she's like, I'm gonna say something to you in light language, and I want you to respond. And no matter if it's in English or whatever, I need you to respond to me and don't feel weird about it. So she said something to me and I responded, and she's like, Oh my god, how long have you been speaking light language? I was like, I didn't even know what it was called. And she's like, I told her how my son was the first one that like I feel like he like triggered it inside of me. He activated it somehow. And she's like, Do you know what you're saying? And I was like, I don't. She's like, Okay, you gotta be really careful with this. She's like, So if you want to say something in light language, you need to say it in English first so that you know what you're saying. And uh that was a few years ago, and now I can understand it fully, and I've met other people that can speak it too.

A long time ago, there I think there was a war and the good guys lost, and they divided us up like after the So the Bible has like partial truth to it, and the Tower of Babel was more metaphorical. It wasn't a physical tower. What the darkness was trying to do was take over dimension by dimension, and this dimension, uh, we had we were a highly advanced race, you know, we had technology, and uh something happened, and the the darkness got more control than the light, which is why we're at where we're at. But people are remembering, like the bed that I built, I didn't invent that. I was given access to old technology.

Is it copper, aluminum, how does it so I use a military-style cot, uh, so it flexes with anybody's body. It's got instrument strings, copper, quartz. So quartz is a very interesting crystal. I used to think crystals were like kind of hokey, you know what I mean? Like some hippie shit. And uh I didn't realize, you know, even quartz is in so much technology nowadays, especially those watches that you never have to change the battery. Yeah. It's a quart it's a quartz watch. So the quartz can absorb energy and hold it. So I have quartz on the bed, and then we have these specialized devices that whatever frequency I put through the headphones, the bed vibrates the same exact frequency. And I use a weighted blanket with glass beads to trap the frequency in between the cot and the blanket, so your whole body feels like it's getting a massage from the inside out.

So you play a frequency in the headphones, and then how do you attach the same frequency to the metal?

So we have uh we have these special motors that simulate those frequencies. And that so it's the same exact frequency you're hearing in the headphones, it's going through these motors, and then we have Tesla coils that we built uh attached to the bed as well with different a bunch of other stuff. But yeah, the gist of it, yeah, it's uh technology mixed with some spiritual stuff, and uh, I've had some crazy experiences in that bed, and I have people come use it for all different things, you know, from anxiety to depression. I had a guy that had seven brain tumors from the age of 18 to 36, and I used it to help get the uh, he just had his last one like six months ago, and we used it to help get the radiation out of his system. We found a detox frequency that can cleanse your body. I had somebody that had an adverse effect to uh a certain shot that people were getting a few years ago, and uh they had things that were spike proteins in their kidneys, and their body wasn't filtering them, and I was able to get it out of their body, and I've used that on a couple other people, some of them with before and after blood work. And I think that's part of the reason why I built the bed was to help people.

I have not found that yet. I actually don't use it enough. Every time people come over, they're like, Man, I can't believe you have this in your house. You must use this all the time. And I'm like looking at it, I'm like, you know, I should. I use it probably maybe like I used to use it every week, but just the insulation stuff's been crazy, the kids. So I use it probably every other week. And then um, I actually have a tub that I just built about two months ago. Um it's a it's like a horse trough that people use for cold plunges, um, except it's wired with quartz and copper and copper coils, and it has grounding rods around it, and I fill it with mineral water and Epsom salt because salt conducts electricity, and you can literally watch it after it charges in the sun all day, the water is vibrating on the top. And this one has no technology in it, that's just straight Earth's frequency when you get in there. But you go sit in that thing, I've got a heater attached to it. It will literally like any emotional or physical pain is gone. You do lay in there for 30 minutes and you're feeling amazing.

So I do have um I do have a copper water bottle that my fiance's mom got me for Christmas, and I actually put a little gram silver bar in the bottom of it, and I use uh I use um what the hell is it? Reverse osmosis water. We have an RO machine at the house, and then I put Celtic salt in it to help remineralize it. And uh yeah, you can put frequencies in beverages, food, you know, now that I understand frequencies, it's like so important where you get your food from. If you eat like an animal that was uh, you know, not treated right, um, they had all that negative energy and sadness, you're gonna absorb all that. You're gonna eat that, put that in your body.

No, it's it's not in your mind. You know, everything is frequencies. Um, even right now, a lot of the stuff, like my opinion, the 5G has nothing to do with cell phone service. It's uh it's a negative frequency. It keeps us kind of like in a lower state. It's meant to keep you like anxious, depressed, sad. Some people it shows up as like physical ailments. And you know, we can counter that stuff in our daily life with uh there's even frequencies that you can listen to. So YouTube has some real frequencies, but one thing I figured out um about a year ago, if you go on YouTube, let's just put a number out, like look up 369, like Nikola Tesla's frequency. Now, if you listen to that on with headphones or speakers, you're gonna feel it, but it's not the right frequency. The real frequency is between 369 and 370. So you gotta be like 369.13.55.99. Now, those are the numbers I've been experimenting with. Because if they were the real ones, they wouldn't allow them on YouTube. You know what I mean? They wouldn't be up there.

And uh you can leave them plugged in in your house where it's not a noise. If you hook a speaker up to it or headphones, you'll hear it, but you don't need to do that for it to work. It will just produce that frequency in your house. And I didn't know if it if those things were legit, and I bought one and I had it hooked up in the bedroom, and my fiancee's like, oh my god, I had the most vivid dreams last night. I didn't even tell her that I had it hooked up that night, and I'm like, nice, it's working. And I was like, Yeah, I was like, I hooked this thing up last night, so we started messing around with it to see uh, you know, the different effects that we had when we kept it hooked up in the house.

I feel like there was a shift in these past couple years, and people picked whether knowingly or unknowingly, what side of the line they were gonna be on, you know? And maybe kind of watching this all unfold. It's kind of crazy.

Like, I get people have issues, but we're one planet, we're one people. I I don't even let it affect my life, even though it is gonna affect my life because we are living on this earth, I just like tone it out so much that it doesn't really affect me, but that's so like wrong to say because I know there's people in the world that have, you know, hunger, thirst, they have electricity, they uh issues. It's like not fair for me to just say, oh, I just don't pay attention to the news, you know.

Because what they want us to do is to focus on all the sad and bad things in the world because then we are putting off that same frequency. The the only thing people can do right now is tune out. Like I shut all my social media off. I guess some people have to for work um and different things, and I'm gonna have to once I get the frequency stuff ramped up, turn it back on. But as a whole, at that time, I was like, this is no longer serving me. You know, I was looking on my news feed, seeing people I've known for years, like fighting over stuff or arguing or bickering, or it was war stuff, political, like, and I was like, you know what? I was like, it doesn't affect my me. I need to focus on my circle and like my people. And when I did that, it was like a freedom. You know, like you said, I I still get bits and pieces from friends or family, and I'll acknowledge it and talk about it a little bit. But as a whole, until it's here in front of me, affecting my world, I have no control over it. So we're fathers.

So like I'm trying to make this like manifesto in this book I'm writing called Be Yourself Out Loud. And I want to pass it to my kids. So when they want to get Facebook or Instagram, I'm gonna say, all right, what is your purpose for it? What do you want to put out into the world? What is your project? What is your passion? And then it's like you're gonna share. And if people want to talk about what you're sharing, that's your communication, but we're not just gonna scroll.

Um many religions call it, you know, the Buddhists call it semsara, place of suffering. Um, and what it is, it's the place right between the light and the dark, like right in the middle. It was where souls come to learn lessons, and there was always supposed to be light and dark here, like polarity. Um, not just good, not just evil, but the problem is the darkness has gone too far. Um, I mean, people can see that in the Epstein files, you know. You got I'm not gonna go too deep down that, but we got some politicians and rich people doing some really gross stuff to children, and that stuff isn't supposed to exist here, so the balance is off. And what we're witnessing right now is kind of like those old systems starting to collapse, like these control systems, and things are gonna get better. Uh, we're gonna have to go through some stuff that might not look that good, but it's what we need to get to the good stuff, and uh, you know, seeing and knowing that now like has given me a lot of strength. It's for the world stuff, you know, because I know that stuff is all temporary. It doesn't matter what happens, like right now. Like, no matter what happens, we're gonna be okay because we're on the right side of things. I feel people that are evil and living wrong that have to worry.

And I found out a little backstory that she comes there every day. Her father, or not her father, her husband passed a few years ago. So she goes and has brunch by herself every day since he passed. I mean, my big thing, the insulation company is really cranking right now. Uh, we got into like roof coatings, and you know, we did a lot of hurricane work uh when Milton and Helene hit too, we were helping a lot of people. Um, but the future for me is the frequency stuff. By this time next year, I'm gonna have a warehouse down here and it's gonna have like six different offices that all have different frequency beds. Um people will be able to book sessions, it's gonna have Three other offices that people that are you know massage therapists or whatever type of small business like that, maybe they can't afford a studio, they could rent hours there or they could rent days so that they have a real place to see their clients, and then the bigger part of the warehouse, um, it's gonna be like a sensory warehouse. Everything in there is gonna like appeal to your senses. You know, we're gonna have the fake trees that we can make that with my spray foam insulation equipment. Um, it'll have cool seating areas, it'll have a botanical T-bar, it'll have an area that people can rent to do yoga meditation or CrossFit classes. It's kind of like a big wellness center, but uh focused around frequencies.

Um, but it can literally you could be sad or depressed, and it could bring your frequency up while you're just sitting there relaxing, talking to somebody.

That they'll give everybody little bits and pieces so that they want us to communicate, you know, because that's how you figure out the full the full picture. You might get a you might say something that triggers something in my head, or vice versa, and uh then boom, it's like, oh my god, yeah, I know this or I realize this.
